Students learned how to apply Masking Fluid and Rubber Cement; practiced masking and resisting techniques extensively; learned about the importance of isolating painting areas and gained and understanding about how to create detail elements in their Landscapes.

Taught beginning watercolor techniques, color theory and mixing; gave class projects and outside art assignments, essays and color vocabulary test. Teaching tasks also included performing individual and group demonstrations, critiques to help broaden class technical painting skills; prepared attendance sheets, course syllabuses and weekly assignments; submitted online daily attendance records and midterm and final grades.
